Pode encaixar em qualquer padr\u00e3o alimentar, ou seja, n\u00e3o est\u00e1 associado a um tipo espec\u00edfico de dieta, mas sim, \u00e0 janela de tempo em que s\u00e3o feitas as refei\u00e7\u00f5es. Eis alguns exemplos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>8 horas<\/strong>: uma das formas mais f\u00e1ceis, pois basta cumprir as oito horas de sono di\u00e1rias. Nesse tempo, o corpo j\u00e1 fica naturalmente sem se alimentar, o que d\u00e1 um descanso para o sistema digestivo e para o organismo como um todo;<\/li>\n<li><strong>12 horas<\/strong>: neste tipo de jejum, acrescenta-se mais algumas horas sem comer antes de deitar, o que \u00e9 bastante prudente pois o fato de comer poucas horas antes de dormir atrapalha o sono. Ao acordar, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel ficar sem comer por at\u00e9 uma ou duas horas at\u00e9 cumprir as 12 horas;<\/li>\n<li><strong>16 por 8<\/strong>: neste caso a pessoa fica 16 horas seguidas em jejum, tendo depois 8 horas de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o liberada (alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o equilibrada e sem exageros);<\/li>\n<li><strong>1 por 1<\/strong>: neste caso faz-se jejum dia sim, dia n\u00e3o. No dia sim, de jejum, ingere-se apenas uma refei\u00e7\u00e3o com 500 a 600 calorias.
