Hoje, como podem j\u00e1 ter percebido pelo t\u00edtulo deste post, vamos focar-nos nos alimentos da dieta cetog\u00e9nica. Nos que podemos e devemos comer nesta dieta \u2013 mas n\u00e3o s\u00f3 -, assim como nos que podemos e devemos evitar (ok, tamb\u00e9m \u201cnesta dieta \u2013 mas n\u00e3o s\u00f3\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>Mas antes disso, vou fazer um pequeno par\u00eantesis (para os mais esquecidos) sobre a dieta cetog\u00e9nica e as diferen\u00e7as para as restantes dietas. Na minha opini\u00e3o, se apreendermos a perceber as coisas, em qualquer contexto que seja, podemos deixar a mem\u00f3ria para outras ocasi\u00f5es, porque aquilo que percebemos, vamos saber sempre e vamos conseguir extrapolar quando uma coisa nova nos \u00e9 apresentada.<\/p>\n<p>Ou seja, se perceber esta dieta, e conhecer as suas vantagens, vai mais facilmente perceber quais os alimentos permitidos e proibidos. Boa?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Ent\u00e3o vamos l\u00e1<\/h2>\n<h3>Objectivo<\/h3>\n<p>O objetivo da dieta cetog\u00e9ncia \u00e9 perder gordura e n\u00e3o peso. O que quer dizer que o objetivo \u00e9 ativar o processo natural que queima gordura do corpo, e para isso, devemos comer menos hidratos de carbono. A raz\u00e3o \u00e9 simples, altos n\u00edveis de hidratos de carbono no organismo fazem com que a insulina desative a queima de gordura.<\/p>\n<h3>Diferen\u00e7a entre a dieta cetog\u00e9nica e as restantes dietas<\/h3>\n<p>Perder peso e perder gordura s\u00e3o coisas diferentes. Penso que esta quest\u00e3o n\u00e3o gere pol\u00e9mica. Basta saber como \u00e9 que atrav\u00e9s da dieta cetog\u00e9nica e dos alimentos isso se consegue. Pois bem, \u00e9 simples: a perda de m\u00fasculo reduz a taxa metab\u00f3lica (capacidade de queimar calorias) e aumenta a sua probabilidade de voltar a engordar (efeito yo-yo).
