No que nos diz respeito, vamos focar-nos na alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o. Para a maioria das pessoas a altera\u00e7\u00e3o na sua alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 suficiente para aliviar os sintomas da s\u00edndrome do intestino irrit\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n<p>Muitos dos alimentos que geralmente causam mais sintomas s\u00e3o os l\u00e1cteos, os alimentos com trigo, a cafe\u00edna, a couve, a cebola, a ervilha, as leguminosas e os alimentos condimentados \/ gordurosos \/ defumados. Assim, conv\u00e9m ter uma alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o que passe por algumas restri\u00e7\u00f5es ou limita\u00e7\u00f5es, em especial nos hidratos de carbono.<\/p>\n<h2>Dietas FODMAP e lowcarb<\/h2>\n<p>Desta forma entramos no tema de hoje: qual a melhor dieta para a s\u00edndrome do intestino irrit\u00e1vel. Vamos considerar duas hip\u00f3teses, a FODMAP e a low carb. O que \u00e9 cada uma delas e a sua diferen\u00e7a, ou semelhan\u00e7a, \u00e9 o que pretendemos esclarecer.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10664\" src=\"https:\/\/clientes.space\/michele-bond\/website\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/dieta-FODMAP.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"428\" srcset=\"https:\/\/clientes.space\/michele-bond\/website\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/dieta-FODMAP.jpg 640w, https:\/\/clientes.space\/michele-bond\/website\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/dieta-FODMAP-300x201.jpg 300w, https:\/\/clientes.space\/michele-bond\/website\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/dieta-FODMAP-600x401.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Os FODMAP s\u00e3o hidratos de carbono de cadeia curta, e o que t\u00eam em comum \u00e9 que fermentam no intestino delgado, causando gases e incha\u00e7o. S\u00e3o subst\u00e2ncias pouco absorvidas pela parede intestinal e fazem com que o l\u00edquido permane\u00e7a nos intestinos, causando diarreia em quem \u00e9 mais suscet\u00edvel \u00e0 s\u00edndrome do intestino irrit\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n<p>Assim, com a dieta FODMAP o que se pretende \u00e9 a redu\u00e7\u00e3o ou elimina\u00e7\u00e3o dos hidratos de carbono de cadeia curta que estejam presentes na alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e1 a dieta low carb pretende que se diminua a ingest\u00e3o de alimentos ricos em hidratos de carbono, como p\u00e3o, massa, arroz e batata, e se aumente o consumo de prote\u00ednas, como ovos, carne, peixe e frango, e gorduras de boa qualidade provenientes do azeite, nozes e abacate.<\/p>\n<p>Assim, uma dieta baixa em hidratos de carbono \u00e9 basicamente uma dieta baixa em FODMAP, com menos hidratos de carbono. Ou seja, podemos dizer que: zero hidratos de carbono = zero fermenta\u00e7\u00e3o = zero sintomas gastrointestinais.<\/p>\n<h2>Conclus\u00e3o<\/h2>\n<p>Dizer qual delas \u00e9 a melhor para aliviar os sintomas da s\u00edndrome do intestino irrit\u00e1vel \u00e9 mais complicado, pois varia de pessoa para pessoa. No que diz respeito \u00e0 dieta FODMAP, existem mais de 200 estudos realizados, em que a maioria mostra uma melhora nos sintomas em mais de 75% dos pacientes. A dieta low carb \u00e9 uma forma mais pr\u00e1tica de eliminar os FODMAP mais comuns.<\/p>\n<p>Portanto, a resposta ao artigo de hoje \u00e9: depende.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo a minha pr\u00e1tica cl\u00ednica, dependendo do caso, come\u00e7o com a dieta FODMAP e se n\u00e3o forem obtidos os resultados desejados, passo para a dieta low carb.
