A fruta \u00e9 rica em nutrientes como vitaminas, minerais, fibra, antioxidantes e o seu valor energ\u00e9tico \u00e9 baixo.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>E a Frutose, \u00e9 prejudicial?<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sim, \u00e9.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Ent\u00e3o, devo ou n\u00e3o comer fruta?<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vamos l\u00e1 colocar os pontos nos is!
