The project “NASCI – Nucleo de Ativação, Simulação, Capacitação e Inclusão” was distinguished with the Seal “an Action INCoDe.2030” and aims to address three major challenges: citizenship, employment and knowledge, promoting the increase of digital literacy and the development and recognition of digital skills of Epralima trainees.
The main objective is to identify students’ competences, through the Dynamic Framework of Reference for Digital Competence (QDRCD), and to outline a training plan, which aims to integrate the Microsoft curriculum into the school’s training process, allowing students to become Microsoft Certified Professionals.
This project makes it possible to assess the profile of trainees, in order to guide them and provide them with adequate tools to get a job, also encouraging them to use these same skills on a daily basis, in different contexts.
