ORGANISATION AND
TEAM

INCoDe.2030 is based on the following structure:

a) Strategic coordination under the responsibility of the member of the Government responsible for the area of the economy and digital transition, in articulation with the members of the Government responsible for the areas of science, technology and higher education and for work, solidarity and social security;

b) In general coordination, supported by a technical secretariat;

c) In a Permanent Forum for Competencies, whose activities are promoted by the technical secretariat referred to in the previous paragraph.

TEAM

Luisa Lopes Ribeiro
Luisa Ribeiro Lopes

President of the .PT Board Directors, the entity responsible for managing the nacional top-level domain, .PT, and General Coordinator of INCoDe.2030.

 

Graduated in Law from Faculdade de Direito of Universidade de Lisboa, doctoral student in Gender Studies by the Universidade de Lisboa, joined several national and international groups for the development of the Information Society, having been one of those responsible for the Azores project: Digital Region, Member of Missão para a Sociedade da Informação, founding partner of APDSI, member of the strategic Council of ACEPI and member of the Executive Committee of MUDA – Movimento pela Utilização Digital Ativa.

Bernardo de Sousa​
Bernardo de Sousa

Graduated in Economics from Nova SBE, has two graduate degrees at ISEG – economic sociology and social policy – and MBA at The Lisbon MBA, a partnership between Nova SBE, Católica Lisbon and MIT.

 

The taste for the social area led him to an experience of volunteering in Timor-Leste, shortly after his professional career in the private sector. Later, he assumed management positions in different public sector entities, having been Director of the ACIDI - Alto Comissariado para a Imigração e Diálogo Intercultural, between 2007 and 2014, and member of the Board of Directors of the Employment and Professional Training Institute, in 2015.

Currently, he is coordinator of action line 1 of the Action Plan for the Digital Transition, in the Estrutura de Missão Portugal Digital and Executive Coordinator of action line 1 (Education and Training) and 3 (Inclusion) of INCoDe.2030.

António Leite
António Leite

Graduated in Modern Languages and Literatures from FLUP - Faculdade de Letras Universidade do Porto. Professor since November 1983. Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Employment and Professional Training Institute, since january 2020, and Executive Coordinator of action line 2 (Qualification and Requalification) of INCoDe.2030.

 

He performed, among others, the following functions: Nacional Director of FENPROF and CGTP (1992 to 2000); Director of two teacher training centers and Schools (1993 to 2000 and 2002 to 2005); Vice president of the Instituto Irene Lisboa (1997 to 2000); Adviser to the Secretary of State for Education and the Secretary of State for Educational Administration (2000 to 2002); deputy Regional Director of Education for the North (2005 to 2009): Northern Regional Director of Education (2009 to 2011); Northern Regional Delegate of the Institute for Employment and Vocational Training (2016 to 2020).

José Pedro Antunes​
José Pedro Antunes

Executive Coordinator of Action Line 4 (Advanced Training) and 5 (Research) of INCoDe.2030, Strategic Advisory at IF Insight & Foresight and guest speaker in the course for executives “Futures, Strategic Design & Foresight” at ISEG.
In recent years he has developed work in different sectors of activity, in Portugal and abroad, with particular focus on the management and definition of solutions that aim to combine innovative and disruptive technologies with the strategic vision of organizations, contributing to the development of new business models.

 

He has Executive Master Business Administration (UPCO - Madrid), postgraduate degree in Foresight, Strategy and Innovation (ISEG) and postgraduate degree in Information Management and Business Intelligence in Healthcare (NOVA IMS).
