Action – AESA Digital
Description – The actions and activities developed in this project are intended to respond to a growing need for qualification, as well as to implement the principles, values and goals set out in the Educational Project of Santo André School Group.
The specific objectives of each activity will be in line with the goals that materialize and complete the objectives to be achieved and that are intended to qualify the school community with digital skills. Its goals are social inclusion and digital literacy with the acquisition of skills in the use of ICT for the production and dissemination of information, privacy and security, and the intensive use of ICT in the lifelong education process.
The School Group intends to promote digital literacy, for the full exercise of citizenship, promotion of inclusion and stimulus for employability, since training and specialization in digital technologies and applications are an increasingly important condition in the labor market, and at the same time we promote professional qualification.
This school year, two training actions will be carried out in the area of information technologies aimed at employed or unemployed adults for a total of 50 hours. It will also develop awareness-raising actions for guardians in the field of Internet security and promote the “Sala Aberta” project so that parents/tutors acquire digital skills to be able to help/accompany their students in carrying out support tasks to study using digital platforms for the education and training of young people.
