Action – Empower AEVA
Description – “Empower AEVA” is a training action for digital competence that aims to provide all AEVA employees with skills that allow them to carry out their professional tasks, but also to better prepare them as informed digital citizens, who use the technological tools at their disposal as well as digital public services.
These overall objectives fit the qualification axis of Incode2030, specifically concerning the following goals:
•% of Individuals with basic or more than basic digital skills;
• % of employees using computers with Internet connection at work;
• % of SMEs with a High Level of Digital Intensity;
• % of individuals who used the Internet for online public services (in the last 12 months).
To this end, this action includes:
• The certification of all employees with the “Cybersafe Citizen” certificate from the National Cybersecurity Center;
• Training in Office 365 from the perspective of the user and its productivity tools;
• Training in Office 365 from the perspective of the user and its collaboration and communication tools, namely TEAMS and ONEDRIVE;
• Training in the use of tools on any device (desktop application, smartphone) and anywhere;
• Use of Citizen Card for authentication and digital signature;
• Adhesion to the Digital Mobile Key and its use for authentication and digital signature.
Bearing in mind the QDRCD, at the end of this action the trainees will gather medium-level skills in the areas of Information Literacy, Communication and Citizenship, Content Creation and Security and Privacy. The training was and is being delivered in a mixed regime with a strong distance component, which constitutes an evolution and innovation in the organization itself, more specifically by accelerating the pace of implementation of certain solutions, including a greater willingness to hold meetings and training from a distance, habits that will last.
As an education entity from Aveiro, and with more than 800 partner companies, this is a replicable Action (for example) for organizations of all sizes, thus fulfilling the qualification axis of Incode 2030, through qualification of the working population, providing them with the necessary knowledge to integrate / maintain a job market that strongly depends on digital skills.
