The UPskill Program is supported by INCoDe.2030 and aims to challenge people to work in the “digital” sector. This initiative is an opportunity for companies to boost their teams with new skills, but also for people to re-qualify themselves to work in a critical sector meant for the economy.
The training actions of this program have a theoretical-practical phase, which generally takes place for a period of 6 months, in a Higher Education Institution, selected based on the location intended by the companies for the job vacancies.
This training is followed by a second period of professional training, which has a duration of 3 months (can be extended to 6 months) in one of the participating companies.
