Today we launch the Digital Skills Month. For the first time, the governmental area of digitalisation and administrative modernisation, under the INCoDe.2030 initiative, carries out, throughout the month of October and throughout the national territory, several actions of the programmes that are working in Portugal to promote the digital skills of Portuguese men and women.
Besides these, the communication campaign #tratarodigitalportu is launched with the purpose of effectively increasing the digitalisation of people and organisations.
In the calendar of initiatives, you can find:
– Municipal actions “Eu Sou Digital”: training sessions on basic digital skills with people over 45 years old;
– EuSouDigital@Escolas: in partnership with the governing area of education, we will bring together students and grandparents from all over the country;
– ENSICO: which will provide computer classes to young people in elementary school;
– Engineers for a Day: Shaping The Digital Future Conference – International Day of the Girl Child, in Almada;
– National Cyber-security Center: provision of the first calendar of the training offer of the Cyber-security Academy.
This mobilisation ends on October 24th with the Digital Skills Forum, which will be a session for discussion, reviewing and presentation of new public policy measures.
