During the summer season and, in particular, during August, the traditional vacation month, Póvoa de Varzim – Vila do Conde Hospital Center launches a campaign called “O Hospital vai à praia”

This educational project of digital inclusion aims to demystify the use of technology through a set of training actions in order to provide the population with knowledge and tools that allow them to perform basic actions such as creating and managing an email account, carrying out a search online, consult and use digital public services, among others.

Starting from a reality observed at Natixis in Portugal in 2018 – among the almost 600 employees, only 20% were women – Senior Management realized that something was wrong with the team’s gender balance and quickly identified that the problem was in the market technological work, nationally and globally.

“Ready for BioData Management?” is a data management skills program for life sciences to enable researchers and institutions to manage their data more effectively and efficiently.

Póvoa de Varzim – Vila do Conde Hospital Center, EPE (CHPVVC) has an ongoing process of digital transformation and health literacy, in the context of the Hórus Project, within the framework of the initiative – of national scope – SNS Sem Papel and which includes the following actions:

Jornadas Pedagógicas Transformação Digital & Educação Século XXI are the kickoff of a 3-year program that aims at the digital transformation of the Eça de Queirós School Group in Lisbon, namely procedures and processes, as well as the use of ICT for teaching.

The PAPTICE Contest is an initiative promoted by the National Association of IT Teachers (ANPRI), with the support of several partners, which aims to recognize the work developed in professional education, valuing excellence, innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship, evidenced by students, in their PAP projects, in the areas of Informatics, Multimedia and Robotics.

ROBOCODE GENERATION believes that education is the foundation of a society, enabling children to go further, creating relationships and collaborating in solving problems. The information society requires new skills and presents new challenges for future generations, in which computational thinking is the key to success. Our vision is children: future generations, educated to think computationally, preparing them for future great challenges that await them.

3Digital is an initiative promoted by the National Association of IT Teachers (ANPRI) in 3D modeling and virtual reality.

–CodeMaster is a training school for computer programmers in web languages, with an innovative teaching method, having already been considered by the Almada municipality as a project of public interest.
