This educational project of digital inclusion aims to demystify the use of technology through a set of training actions in order to provide the population with knowledge and tools that allow them to perform basic actions such as creating and managing an email account, carrying out a search online, consult and use digital public services, among others.
Starting from a reality observed at Natixis in Portugal in 2018 – among the almost 600 employees, only 20% were women – Senior Management realized that something was wrong with the team’s gender balance and quickly identified that the problem was in the market technological work, nationally and globally.
