INCoDe.2030 promotes the Digital Skills Month

Today we launch the Digital Skills Month. For the first time, the governmental area of digitalisation and administrative modernisation, under the INCoDe.2030 initiative, carries out, throughout the month of October and throughout the national territory, several actions of the programmes that are working in Portugal to promote the digital skills of Portuguese men and women.

INCoDe.2030 Itinerary goes to Castelo Branco

The C-Academy will provide 44 training courses in cybersecurity, starting in the fourth quarter of this year, in different formats and levels of demand, and intends, by the first quarter of 2026, to cover around 9,800 trainees.

The 3rd edition of the UPskill Program is being prepared

The UPskill Program is supported by INCoDe.2030 and aims to challenge people to work in the “digital” sector. This initiative is an opportunity for companies to boost their teams with new skills, but also for people to re-qualify themselves to work in a critical sector meant for the economy.

Portuguese coalition for digital employability debate study for digital employability and the digital coalition platform – Digital Skills and Jobs

The study for the employability of future non ICT professions aims to respond to the demands of the labor market, as a process for the digital transition adaptation in the Portuguese’s economy. Therefore, it sought to identify 51 priority occupations that would benefit from Digital Skills qualification in a time period of 3 to 6 years. It also provide the definition of a framework of digital abilities that allow the design of skills based on different levels of expertise, which ensure the construction of training paths for each of the occupational profiles.
