The training “Literacy for the media and journalism: pedagogical practices with the media and about the media” is back, carried out by the General Directorate of Education.
DGE will once again hold this training for teachers of Basic and Secondary Education, with the training registration CCPFC/ACC-100460/18, within the scope of the curricular area Citizenship and Development- mastering the Media.
This training aims to train teachers to develop Educational activities for the Media, following the project methodology, involving students and other members of the school and educational communities.
Media and journalism concepts will be approached based on the analysis and discussion of international studies, articulating them with the exploration of pedagogical resources, with the aim of conceiving and developing Educational projects for the Media in the schools where they work.
The training will last 40 hours (20 hours of independent work and 20 hours in person) divided into 7 sessions, on 27 January, 10 February, 24 February, 10 March, 24 March, 7 April and 14 April in following locations: Figueira da Foz, Covilhã, Santarém and Sines.
