INCoDe.2030 has recently distinguished the projects “Academia Gulbenkian do Conhecimento Mudar o Futuro” and “The Tech Career GPS” with the seal “uma ação INCoDe.2030”, which consists of recognizing projects that help to train digital skills in Portugal .
Promoted by Associação de Moradores do Bairro do Condado-Marvila and several local technological partners, “Academia Gulbenkian do Conhecimento Mudar o Futuro” is an initiative that aims to fight social exclusion and empower children and young people in the community with essential skills for the XXI century. This social inclusion project, through the implementation of Happy Code’s Lean Education Technology teaching methodology, has around 80 children involved and will develop other works to solve real problems in the local community, where the children will be raising the awareness of residents to this topic.
The Tech Career GPS project, promoted by Le Wagon, in partnership with the Lisbon City Council (CML) – Future of Work Initiative, is a program oriented towards the careers of the future, in order to promote new skills, new perspectives and new paths in the technological world. This is a free initiative, with 250 vacancies, which seeks to respond to the needs of the labor market, empowering individuals, through the acquisition and development of skills, in terms of programming, data analysis, design and in knowledge and mobilization of complementary tools to digital skills.
