On March 2, at 5 pm, the 3rd edition of the CLOSE-UP by Champion For Change will take place, as part of the celebrations of International Women’s Day, which is celebrated on March 8.
Held by Natixis in Portugal, the online event will address “The inseparable link between Diversity and Inclusion”, bringing to debate the opportunities that may arise with effective diversity in the labor market. It will also be talked about the need for inclusion in order to have diversity and vice versa.
The debate has the participation of Etienne Huret (Director General of Natixis in Portugal) and Sofia Marques da Silva (Principal Investigator of the University of Porto and Ambassador of Champion For Change) and is supported by Associação Portuguesa para a Diversidade e Inclusão (APPDI ), Carta Portuguesa para a Diversidade and Portugal INCoDe.2030.
“Champion For Change” is a pioneering initiative by Natixis, also a project distinguished with the seal “uma ação INCoDe.2030”, whose mission is to accelerate diversity and inclusion in the Portuguese technology and business ecosystem. In previous editions of this event, other relevant topics such as gender quality and unconscious prejudice were discussed.
